Before Tanning...
For best results, avoid oil-based products (especially mineral oil & petrolatum)

Moisturize, again avoiding oil-based products  
To accelerate your tan and get an even deeper, darker result,

During Your Session…
Use an adequate amount of Mystic Tan Blending Cream on your fingernails, toenails,
palms of your hands and any other areas of your skin that tend to be dry

After Tanning...
For maximum results, wait 4-6 hours before showering or swimming  
To eliminate the odor from the developing tan, use MysticFresh™ Post-Sunless Body
Freshening Spray.  Wait one hour after your Mystic Tan Tanning Session, then use as
